The discounted Group room block is full. Sleeping rooms remain available at rack rates at the host hotel.

Check-in is 3:00pm, check out is 11:00am.

Be sure to book your room by March 17! Deadline Extended to March 21.

Deposit/Cancellation/Early Departure

A deposit of one night's room rate + tax is due at booking. Cancellation, to receive a refund of the deposit , must be made 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival. Notification of early check out is required at or prior to time of arrival, otherwise the deposit will be assessed as an early departure fee.
