To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be received 14 days prior to the event date. A 50% refund is available 7 days prior to the event date. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of the event date will not be eligible for a refund.
Registrations can be transferred to an alternate company representative at any point, at no charge.
Membership in The Transformer Association is company-based and all employees of an Association member company receive the benefits of membership. All appications for membership are approved by the Board of Directors.
