NOTE: You must complete the meeting registration form and return it to the TTA office in order to complete the registration process. You may fax your form to (216) 241-0105, or email it to info@transformer-assn.org.

* First time prospective manufacturer members’ registration fees will be credited towards TTA first-
year membership dues if company joins the Association within 30 days.
**This fee is for a table top exhibit only. If you are interested in a table top exhibit relative to sponsorship
and the corresponding privileges, please see the attached Sponsorship Form.
*** Includes reception & dinner on Thursday night only.
****Registration for prospective supplier members includes a table top exhibit. One $375 registration fee may be applied towards 2011 dues if membership application is received within 30 days after the meeting
